MALOSSI
VM315829 – Malossi MHR 135 cylinder kit (big bore kit) (barrel Kit). Malossi has taken a blank paper to redesign its project, drawing it up new from the roots, thus renewing and releasing a cylinder that rightfully joins the famous range of MHR cylinder kits. Aluminium replaces cast iron and the reed valve seat has been totally redesigned, a real revolution able to fill the gaps of the original Vespa intake already since 1982 and now equipped with a centre support in order to grant higher stability to the piston ring. Displacement increases to 135cc, where the six ports are the result of the know-how and technology gained during decades of scooter races. Now, for the first time in history, they are fitted on a Vespa cylinder which can reach very high horsepowers 18-23cv and revolutions up to 11.000 rpm. Therefore a totally new edition of the reed-valve block specific for this cylinder is available for either 25mm or 28/30mm carbs. PLEASE NOTE: THESE CYLINDER KITS USE LONG REACH SPARK PLUGS

POLINI
VP400211 – Polini has long been recognised as one of the major tuning houses in Italy for all thing Scooter, whether Classic or Automatic. Over the years of manufacturing, the cylinders for the Classic range of Vespa’s very few other brands have proved to be as consistent and reliable as Polini. Covering from the PK50 through to the PX200, Polini has a cylinder to suit your Vespa. The prices are well within everyone’s budget for such a good quality item. The range offers all Classic Vespa users the choice of a Polini kit as an alternative to the original cylinder.

PINASCO
VE10806 – PINASCO ZUERA RR 144cc CYLINDER KIT. The 144cc, (60mm bore) Pinasco Zuera range is available in 2 versions, the RR version for rotary valve induction fed through the crankcase and the VTR version with a large reed valve inlet on the cylinder, (VTR comes with an inlet manifold). This kit is the Zuera RR version for Rotary Valve induction and it features a spigot less cylinder design in order to allow the big 60mm kit to fit small frame engine casings without the need to bore out the casing mouth, and a head with 8 bolt fitting. These are both high specification, high power cylinder kits that have been born on the race track and will need a suitable carb (25mm minimum, but 28/30mm recommended) and a suitable expansion chamber exhaust like the Pinasco VE10808.
