VE (UK) celebrates its 32nd year and it is proud to have been in business since 1989. It is amazing how one door closes and another opens. MD, Norrie Kerr started the business in the Scooter Industry, with Douglas Vespa in 1980. Douglas ceased trading in 1982, and Norrie then started Midland Scooter Centre with then business partner, Dave Webster. In 1989, Norrie left MSC and bought out the then out the Malossi UK importer and VE was born. VE imported parts from many companies, and with their support VE flourished. Of course Malossi, Pinasco, Polini, RMS, NewFren, Giannelli, Leo Vince, Sito, Olympia, Surflex, Dellorto, P&A, and as such we still represent these same companies, and indeed many more today. Ironically the same MD that started VE (UK) is still here working today. Our staff have been with us for 25 Rob, Simon, Kirsteen, Neil, Nicola, and Graham are all long-serving members of staff. Ryan, a new recruit has been with us a year. He is the new young man in the group. We set out to give all our customers a reliable parts service and a top-quality delivery schedule.
